Great Trainer
I love using the Upright Go2. I have been able to improve my posture and I am more aware of sitting and standing upright. The training mode is great- I love the little buzz reminding me to sit up. I have some trouble with the tracking mode. I don't always have my phone with me when I am running around at work, so if it gets disconnected, it stops tracking until I remember to re-connect. I also don't seem to get the slouch notifications when I am slouching for an extended period of time. Overall, this is a great little device, and I love checking my stats. The adhesives last me at least a week with everyday, all day use.

So far so good...
The Go 2 has been an interesting experience in realizing how often I slip into a slumped posture. It seems to happen when I am focused on a task. It is making me think about my stance and I hope soon to settle into good positions naturally. Highly recommended!
Surprisingly helpful and easy
I expected this to help my posture, I did not expect the immediate and dramatic decrease in shoulder and upper back pain. It's easy to use, and switching from tracking to training is super easy (sometimes, you just need to be bending over for a task and having it buzz at you is annoying.) I'm really glad I bought it!
Great battery life!
It has a lot more precision and lasts all day which the old upright go never did. It is very finicky when you are calibrating your posture, it wants you to be extremely still sometimes. The stickers are grippier than the old ones on my skin, and these can sometimes be used for more than one day. The thing I would love to see is continual research on making stickies that can last longer so you don’t have to buy refills so often. Other than that, a solid improvement.
Not Impressed with UG2
I’ve used both units and find no additional benefit of the UG2. I almost think it performs worse than the original. As I have stated before, UG only measures incline, not posture (slumping shoulders). Your shoulders could be in perfect alignment but if you bend over it interprets that as bad posture. The other issue is the unit attaches to your skin. Your skin moves around as you walk. This creates a false reading of the spine even though the spine may be perfectly erect. Is either unit worth the money. I would say yes. It does at least create an awareness of posture if you sit still.
